Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our expanding team in a hands-on role focused on RV systems repair and maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and replace components across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and body-related tasks, documenting every step for accuracy.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of service experience and a willingness to obtain RVIA certification. Tools are user-supplied; lifting up to 25 lbs is required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
