Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. Strong mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical skills are valued; certification is encouraged and paid for by the company.

You'll perform diagnostics, document tests, track parts, maintain safety, and ensure high-quality work under supervision. This role rewards hands-on problem solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced RV service environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) is helpful but work experience also considered.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
