Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and replace a variety of systems and components for customers with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires basic trade-field certification help, at least one year of technician experience, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. RVIA certification is a plus, and tools will be your own. We offer a robust benefits package and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required; relevant work experience considered.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
