Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team. You will provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services for customers, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.

Track parts used and keep supervisors informed on progress while maintaining a safe, clean work area for everyone. The role requires a trade certification or relevant experience; RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
