Camping World is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to join our expanding team. You will oversee and support Service Managers, drive profitability, and ensure premium customer satisfaction in a high-volume service center.

You’ll build and develop a strong team across technicians, advisors, parts staff, and support roles, while maintaining safety and operational efficiency. A proven track record in RV/auto/marine industries is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industries preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
• Intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Support and manage Service Managers as part of the Fixed Operations team in the location.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Build a high-performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers.
• Foster a culture of development, retention, customer satisfaction, and philanthropy.
• Create and maintain strong vendor relationships and meet budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
