Job summary

Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking a skilled F&I Manager to lead lender selection, secure approvals, and optimize deal structuring for maximum profitability. You will train the sales team, ensure compliance, and drive F&I metrics across the store.

The role emphasizes strong communication, deal timing, and accurate funding while collaborating with management to achieve high closing ratios and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven Finance & Insurance experience with knowledge of F&I products, protection packages, lender programs, and compliance.
• Ability to present value, handle objections, and increase product penetration.
• Automotive or RV business management experience preferred, with ability to structure deals for front- and back-end performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategically select lenders, secure approvals, and maximize each call for the best structure for customer and dealership.
• Obtain clear customer commitment and finalize deliveries with precision and professionalism.
• Manage contract placement focusing on maximizing F&I PVR and store performance.
• Partner with sales to structure profitable, approvable deals.
• Adhere to F&I processes, compliance standards, and contract flow requirements.
• Oversee Contracts in Transit (CIT) with ongoing communication with the business office for fast funding.
• Track and analyze key metrics like F&I PVR and lender penetration.
• Participate in weekly sales and F&I development meetings to improve closing ratios and customer experience.
• Support GM and Sales Manager by training the team on F&I processes and handoffs.
• Adhere to company policies and represent Kunes RV with integrity.
