Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a Finance (F&I) Manager to oversee loan origination and approval processes from start to finish, presenting vehicle protection products and other financing options to customers. You will work with sales to move deals smoothly through the purchase process and maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with RV/Automotive financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.
• Dealertrack and AppOne experience preferred.
• RV/Automotive/Powersports finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer loan origination and approval from start to finish.
• Present financial products (service contracts, GAP, credit insurance) to customers.
• Collaborate with sales management to move deals through the purchase process.
• Maintain monthly performance reporting.
• Finalize financial transactions quickly while complying with laws and ethics.
• Build and maintain relations with customers and lending partners.
• Provide finance options tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare required federal and state paperwork and coordinate with corporate finance.
