Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking a Finance & Insurance professional to strategically select lenders, secure approvals, and maximize each call for the best customer-deal structure. You will drive F&I performance, train teams, and ensure compliant, profitable closings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven Finance & Insurance experience with strong working knowledge of F&I products, RV protection packages, lender programs, and compliance.
• Menu-selling expertise to present value, handle objections, and increase product penetration.
• Automotive or RV business management experience with ability to structure deals for front- and back-end performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, clear oral and written communication, and professional presentation.
• Strong closing skills with a track record of converting presentations into profitable, compliant sales.
• High-level organizational skills: contract flow, CIT tracking, lender follow-up, and clean deal jackets.
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel on processes, lender programs, and RV product value.
• Experience with biweekly programs encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically select lenders, secure approvals, and maximize every call to structure the best option for customer and dealership.
• Obtain clear customer commitment and finalize deliveries with precision and full compliance.
• Manage and optimize contract placement with focus on maximizing F&I PVR and store performance.
• Partner with the sales desk to structure profitable, approvable deals that create win-win outcomes.
• Adhere to all F&I processes, compliance standards, and contract flow requirements with accuracy and accountability.
• Oversee Contracts in Transit (CIT) by maintaining constant communication with the business office.
• Track, analyze, and elevate key performance metrics including F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration.
• Participate in weekly sales and F&I development meetings, sharing insights and training to improve closing ratios and customer experience.
• Support the General Manager and Sales Manager by training and developing the sales team on F&I processes and customer handoff.
• Adhere to company policies and represent Kunis RV values with integrity and professionalism.
