Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RV knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in RV or automotive service is preferred.
• Excellent follow-through and detail-oriented.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Desire to work in a collaborative, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Discuss needs and upsell accessory packages to customers.
• Use leads to contact previous customers about accessory packages.
• Provide accurate estimates for accessory costs and timing if parts need to be ordered.
• Follow up on installation status to keep customers informed.
• Notify customers when their unit is complete and ready for pickup.
• Field minor customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems.
• Maintain CSI scores in accordance with dealership standards.
