Johnson RV is seeking an Accessories Upfitter with service and sales experience to join the Service Team in Washington. You will greet customers, discuss customization options, and upsell RV accessories to make their B Vans more functional and stylish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide ideas and upsell accessory packages.
• Use leads to inform previous customers about new accessories.
• Provide accurate cost and timing estimates for parts.
• Follow up on installation status and notify customers when ready.
• Address small customer concerns and relay issues to the Service Manager.
• Maintain CSI scores per dealership standards.

Job Classification: Non-exempt

Reports to: Service Manager

Essential Functions

• Attitude is everything – greet our customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to each customer and provide them with ideas – show them the possibilities!
• Use leads to reach out to previous customer base to inform of our accessory’s packages
• Provide accurate estimates of Accessories costs and timing if parts need to be ordered
• Follow up on installation status to keep customers informed
• Notify customers when their unit is complete and ready to be picked up
• Field minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Basic RV knowledge a plus
• Previous experience in a service position in RV or automotive is a plus
• Successful candidates will have excellent follow-through skills and a keen eye for details.
• A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of physical activity including positioning self to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, and bend. The position may ascend/descend units and work atop slippery surfaces. May transport or move up to 25 lbs. and/or transport or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
