Power RV in Sublimity, OR is seeking an entry-level Parts Department Assistant to support busy parts operations. You will assist customers by phone, email and in person, helping with orders and inventory while delivering strong customer service.

Your duties include processing orders, stocking shelves, assisting technicians and wholesale accounts, and ensuring a neat, efficient parts area. No prior experience required; family-owned environment offers growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Take inventory and stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts and technicians.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pick-up and delivery of parts from other dealerships/suppliers.
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Other duties as directed by management.
