Requirements include native Russian or fluent proficiency, strong English, and prior experience in customer support. You will be on-site in Sofia, with full relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
• Experience in Customer Support Services or similar client-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to world-class service.
• Valid EU passport required for onboarding in Bulgaria.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, delivering service within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain detailed client documentation for accurate reporting and service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and growth of the Russian-speaking jobs portfolio in Bulgaria.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Share industry knowledge and best practices to contribute to a high-performance culture.
