Job summary

HoYoverse is seeking a localization specialist to support language services for multiple markets, covering game and manga content, in-game localization, and live operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality localization and audience-appropriate content.

The role requires strong Russian and Simplified Chinese skills, a passion for gaming culture, and a teamwork-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Fluent in Russian and Simplified Chinese; MTPE and LQA for game content.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong interest in anime, manga, and gaming culture with familiarity with HoYoverse titles.
Familiar with local players’ preferences and behaviors.
Creative and able to develop engaging content for game marketing initiatives.
Excellent research, extraction, and synthesis skills; quick learner and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

Provide language support for HoYoverse titles across markets, including localization and live operations.
Conduct localization testing to ensure quality of in-game content.
Coordinate communication within the team and across departments; document and follow up on localization issues.
Monitor player feedback and help improve games based on local language and culture.
Support planning and execution of online/offline game events and community development.
Develop content for marketing initiatives and promotional materials.
