Job summary

HoYoverse seeks a localization specialist to support French and Simplified Chinese for games and manga, including live ops. You will ensure high-quality localized content through MTPE and LQA.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, assist in events, and create engaging content for marketing initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree is required and passion for anime, manga, and gaming culture is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Simplified Chinese; handle Chinese-to-French localization including translation, proofreading, MTPE, and LQA.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Passionate about anime, manga, and gaming culture.
• Familiar with local players, especially anime and manga fans.
• Creative with ability to develop engaging content for game marketing.
• Strong information research, extraction, and synthesis skills; quick learner.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and execution skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide language support for HoYoverse titles across markets, including localization and live operations.
• Conduct localization testing to ensure quality of in-game content.
• Coordinate communication within the team and across departments; document and follow up on localization issues.
• Monitor player feedback and help improve the game with local language insights.
• Support planning and execution of online/offline game events; contribute to community development.
• Develop creative concepts and content for marketing/promotional initiatives.
