Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) seeks an Outreach & Engagement Specialist for SEMO RISE, a regional workforce development initiative serving 14 counties. The role focuses on recruiting participants, outreach, referrals, and engagement to connect learners with education, training, and employment opportunities.

The specialist will build relationships with community organizations, schools, employers, and training providers; develop outreach strategies; coordinate enrollment

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or public engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across a 14-county service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach plans and recruitment strategies.
• Promote SEMO RISE at events and partner meetings.
• Coordinate referrals between partners and education providers.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and outcomes.
