Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) is seeking a Data & Performance Specialist for SEMO RISE, a regional workforce development initiative. The role focuses on managing participant data, ensuring data quality, and supporting grant reporting to drive program decisions and outcomes.

The specialist will track performance metrics, develop dashboards, and prepare documentation to meet grant requirements while collaborating with the Project Manager and partners across 14 counties in

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate, complete, and current participant records in designated program databases, information management systems, and reporting platforms.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and program partners to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies in participant records.
• Track progress toward SEMO RISE grant objectives, performance targets, milestones, and deliverables and identify potential gaps, trends, or areas requiring corrective action.
• Support the development and maintenance of performance tracking tools, such as spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports
• Regular performance updates to the Project Manager to support program planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
• Support the collection and organization of participant success stories and other documented outcomes, as appropriate.
• Conduct routine reviews of participant records, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems to identify missing information, duplicate records, inconsistencies, and data entry errors.
• Prepare, compile, review, and submit draft performance reports and other required grant documentation according to established deadlines and reporting schedules.
• Ensure reported participant numbers, performance metrics, and outcomes are supported by accurate records and appropriate documentation.
• Maintain a reporting calendar that identifies required submissions, internal review deadlines, and supporting documentation needs.
• Analyze program data to identify participation trends, performance patterns, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare summaries, charts, tables, dashboards, and other visual or written reports to communicate program performance to leadership and project partners.
