Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, workforce development, education, or related field; equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess participant needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Coordinate referrals and supportive services.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to support retention and completion.
• Maintain documentation in required systems.
• Collaborate with partners to provide comprehensive support.
• Travel within SEMO RISE service area as required.
