Job summary

Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) seeks a Project Manager to lead SEMO RISE, a regional workforce program serving 14 counties in Southeast Missouri. The role oversees implementation, partner coordination, and grant compliance to advance skilled trades, construction, and IT training with a focus on drone technology.

The Project Manager will manage day-to-day activities, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships with employers, educators, and community organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong project management and able to coordinate multiple activities with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to travel regionally within the 14-county area as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for SEMO RISE activities, aligning with grant objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate regional partner engagements and track commitments and follow-ups.
• Ensure grant compliance, reporting, and documentation are accurate and timely.
• Develop and monitor work plans, schedules, milestones, and performance targets.
• Foster collaboration among employers, educators, and training providers to align training with job opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement by monitoring progress and addressing issues.
