Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a dedicated Student Success Navigator to integrate programming within a neighborhood school and serve as the primary liaison with community partners. This 12‑month, fully onsite role coordinates health and wellness, arts, college and career planning, and supports All Rural Students Succeed.

The navigator will lead a school-level Partnership Council, train partners, and ensure services align with PN goals while traveling regionally for events and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services or related field; three years of experience required.
• Experience in community engagement and coordinating with rural schools.
• Ability to travel and work in a high-energy office/school setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with community partners and ensure training.
• Connect students to health, wellness, arts, and career planning services.
• Lead school-level Partnership Council and plan events.
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained for services.
• Collaborate with PN team to deliver services along PN pipeline.
• Work with the principal to implement the comprehensive program plan.
• Assess needs of students and families and evaluate PN program impact.
