Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact is seeking a Year-round, full-time Student Success Navigator to connect students with health, arts, wellness, and college/career services within a neighborhood setting. The role will coordinate school and community efforts, lead the Partnership Council, and train partners to implement the comprehensive program plan.

Based in rural Kentucky with some travel, the navigator will ensure services align with Promise Neighborhood goals and support students from diverse

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in human services or related field required (3 years experience).
• Experience engaging with communities and coordinating with rural schools is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Promise Neighborhood partners to integrate school and community services.
• Lead the school-level Partnership Council and train partners.
• Assess needs of students and families and track outcomes of PN program.
• Travel locally/statewide/national as required.
• Maintain documentation and records of services.
