Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact in Kentucky is seeking a School Coordinator for the FSCS Initiative. This full-time, grant-funded role reports to the Project Director and ensures on-site implementation of coordinated student supports, family engagement, and postsecondary readiness at the assigned school site.

The position leads collaboration with public schools, LEAs, and community-based partners to align services, expand learning time, and track grant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field.
• Experience in human services.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Familiarity with the community school model.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to students from diverse economic, social and cultural backgrounds.
• Computer skills including data processing and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the school principal and partners to align services.
• Coordinate integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities and after-school programs.
• Monitor partner-delivered services to ensure alignment with grant objectives.
