Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a School Coordinator to serve as the on-site implementation lead for the FSCS initiative. You will coordinate academic, social, and health supports, engage families and community partners, and ensure alignment with MTSS and federal grant requirements.

The role requires coordinating with LEAs, schools, and community orgs, with a 100% focus on FSCS activities year-round. Strong collaboration and data management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs and collaborating with rural schools and communities.
• Familiarity with the community school model.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Engage partners and families to identify needs and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate services and align with grant objectives and quality standards.
• Deliver postsecondary readiness services and family engagement programming.
• Maintain documentation and support evaluation activities.
