Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on-site, coordinating schools, LEAs, and community partners to provide comprehensive student supports and boost attendance and readiness. This year-round, full-time role focuses on aligned services, data tracking, and continuous improvement across four FSCS pillars.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field required.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with rural schools and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with school leaders to align services and support outcomes.
• Coordinate integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities with school staff and community partners.
• Monitor partner-delivered services and ensure alignment with grant objectives.
• Provide college and career advising, FAFSA completion, and scholarship guidance.
• Deliver family engagement programming to expand college and career awareness and resources.
