Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Pediatrician for a hospital-employed position in rural Northeastern Oregon. The role offers a four 10-hour day schedule, outpatient clinic work, and a supportive, collaborative team of four physicians and one nurse practitioner.

New graduates are welcome. The hospital provides on-site support, scribes, and integrated behavioral health services in a rural community setting. Expect a predictable 4-day work week and strong family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for credentialing).
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and preventive/acute pediatric visits in an outpatient setting.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated staff support.
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation with other physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab staff and care teams.
