Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Pediatrician in rural Northeastern Oregon. The position is permanent, full-time, with a predictable four 10-hour workdays week in a hospital-employed outpatient clinic.

You will provide primary and preventive pediatric care, with an average 15–20 visits per day and on-site scribes for high-volume days. Relocation assistance and a supportive team are included.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate state credentialing).
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to compassionate pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive health visits, and acute illness management in outpatient pediatrics.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Use EPIC EHR with scribe support for higher-volume days.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab, and multidisciplinary teams.
