Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Northeastern Oregon is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner in a rural outpatient clinic.

The schedule features a predictable four 10-hour days workweek with on-site support, dedicated scribes, and access to integrated behavioral health services. New graduates are welcome to apply and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for immediate credentialing
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate, high-quality pediatric care
• Interest in rural, community-based setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive health visits for pediatric patients in outpatient clinic
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated medical staff support
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation with four physicians
• Use EPIC EHR with scribe support for busy days
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in rural community

Education
