SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Pediatrician for a rural Northeastern Oregon outpatient setting. The role offers a predictable four 10‑hour day workweek, supportive on‑site resources, and embedded behavioral health services.

New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. The clinic operates as an Outpatient Rural Health Clinic with a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home, providing collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and access to dedicated medical scribes for efficient patient

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing).
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high‑quality pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management in an outpatient pediatric setting.
• See 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 scribes support.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with on-site scribe support for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in rural communities.
