Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician for a rural Northeast Oregon employed practice. The role offers a $305,000 base salary plus a wRVU bonus and a quality incentive up to $30,000 annually. A $40,000 commencement bonus is included, with outpatient duties four days per week on 10-hour shifts.

Expect 15–20 patients daily, shared call 1:4, and Epic EMR with scribe and dedicated medical staff. Full benefits and loan forgiveness are part of the package; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Pediatrician with board certification or eligibility.
• Experience not required but preferred for growth; strong clinical skills in pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care four days a week.
• Manage 15–20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with 1:4 call coverage and dedicated medical staff support.
