Job summary

Banner Health's Torrington Community Hospital is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist for day shift (8:00–5:00, Monday–Friday) with a rotating Sunday 4-hour shift every 6–7 weeks. You will evaluate and treat inpatient and outpatient populations in a rural setting and supervise assistants as appropriate.

You will coordinate care with patients, families, and providers, document per standards, and contribute to a team focused on delivering excellent care in a small-town community with access

• Implements and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Documents treatments and outcomes per department standards.
