Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for Torrington Community Hospital in rural southeast Wyoming. You will evaluate and treat outpatient and inpatient populations in a 25-bed critical access facility, with 1:1 patient contact and documentation to support quality care.

The role includes a 8:00am–5:00pm day shift with a rotating weekend schedule (1 four-hour Sunday shift every 6–7 weeks). A $20,000 sign-on and $20,000 relocation incentive are offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA-accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a current Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional abilities and establishes a plan of care.
• Implements treatment plans and provides patient and family education.
• Documents treatment and progress per professional guidelines.
• Communicates results with physicians, nurses and the care team.
• Supervises PTA, therapy techs and students as needed.
• Participates in department meetings and quality/process initiatives.
