Job summary

The University of New Hampshire seeks an RHT Mobile Simulation Consultant adjunct to support planning, training, and startup development of the mobile simulation component in Durham. This part-time role (~10 hrs/week) centers on onboarding, training coordination, and staff readiness for launch, not ongoing program management.

As a simulation SME, you will advise on workflow design, equipment planning, and operational processes, collaborating with leadership and partner sites to align training

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a health-related field with two years of related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, education, public health, or community programs preferred.
• Coursework or certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean) and experience coordinating multi-site initiatives in grant-funded or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing onboarding and training processes for personnel supporting mobile simulation activities.
• Coordinate training activities, orientation sessions, competency development, and readiness efforts for mobile simulation deployment.
• Support procurement documentation and planning for the mobile simulation fleet.
• Provide input on operational workflows, scheduling processes, and coordination procedures.
• Engage with rural health partners to identify workforce training needs.
• Contribute to project timelines, implementation plans, and readiness activities.
