Job summary

The University of New Hampshire (UNH) invites applications for a part-time RHT Mobile Simulation Consultant adjunct role in Durham, NH. This position supports start-up planning, workforce preparation, and coordination of training for mobile simulation activities, working with RHT leadership and other staff.

Approximately 10 hours per week, with workload varying by project needs, meetings, procurement activities, and other engagements. Travel and lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related field with 2+ years in simulation, admin, or program coordination.
• Experience in healthcare, education, public health, or community programs is beneficial.
• Knowledge of project management approaches (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing onboarding and training processes for mobile simulation staff.
• Coordinate training activities, orientation sessions, and readiness efforts.
• Provide SME input on workflows, equipment, procurement, and operations.
• Support needs assessment and partner engagement for workforce development.
