Job summary

The University of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time adjunct consultant to support planning and start-up development of mobile simulation under the Rural Health Transformation initiative. This role collaborates with the full-time mobile simulation position to ensure efficient systems and workflows.

Approximately 10 hours per week, with workload varying by project needs, meetings, procurement, and engagement activities. Location is Durham, NH, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health-related discipline or related field.
• Experience in simulation, healthcare, education, public health, or community programs is beneficial.
• Coursework or certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean).
• Experience coordinating multi-site or multi-partner initiatives, especially in grant-funded settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and start-up development of mobile simulation activities for Rural Health Transformation.
• Serve as a simulation operations resource to leadership and the full-time mobile role.
• Identify practical systems for coordinating mobile simulation requests and workflows.
• Develop timelines, task lists, and project-tracking tools for start-up activities.
