Job summary

University of New Hampshire seeks a part-time adjunct Operations Consultant to assist the start-up and planning of the mobile simulation component of the Rural Health Transformation initiative in Durham, NH. You will work with the full-time team to develop workflows, timelines, and procurement plans, and you may help coordinate across partners and stakeholders.

The role focuses on start-up planning, process development, and coordination for approximately 10 hours per week, with travel as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in simulation, healthcare, education, or public health is beneficial.
• Project management training (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobile simulation planning and start-up development.
• Support equipment, procurement planning, and inventory readiness.
• Assist needs assessment and partner coordination with rural health partners.
• Document activities, track progress, and prepare leadership reports.
