Qualifications

• Masters in a health-related field with 2+ years in simulation, coordination, or related support.
• Experience in healthcare, education, public health, or community programs is beneficial.
• Project management coursework or certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Training & Coordination Support: develop onboarding and training processes for mobile simulation staff.
• Equipment & Procurement Consultation: advise on simulation equipment, supplies, and procurement planning.
• Workflow & Program Development Support: contribute to operational workflows, scheduling, and readiness activities.
• Partner Engagement & Needs Assessment Support: gather input from rural health partners to identify workforce development needs.
