Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Program Coordinator I for the Rural Medicine track in College Station. You will help coordinate curriculum, clerkships and student mentoring under supervision, ensuring alignment with LCME requirements and departmental goals.

You will liaise with faculty, clinical partners, and administration to implement programs, track outcomes, and support continuous improvement in undergraduate medical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in higher education administration.
• Two years of related experience in medical education or higher education administration.
• Master's degree and LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerkship activities, scheduling and curriculum for UME across core clerkships.
• Maintain relationships with faculty, community physicians and affiliate partners.
• Support elective offerings and project coordination in rural settings.
• Ensure policies, procedures and FERPA/HIPAA compliance are followed.
• Assist with accreditation materials and LCME compliance.
