Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of residency program or medical education program coordination experience; family medicine program experience.
Master's degree (preferred).
More than 4 years of residency program or medical education program coordination experience; family medicine program experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the family medicine residency program.
Maintain resident training files in online repositories per ACGME/ABFM/TMB standards.
Schedule faculty and resident activities to meet educational objectives.
Recruit, interview, and onboard residents; supervise office staff when needed.
