Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center’s Graduate Medical Education seeks a Program Coordinator II to partner with the residency program director. The role coordinates daily residency activities, maintains resident training files, and ensures accreditation readiness across ACGME, ABFM, and other bodies.

The incumbent will administer New Innovations, manage recruitment efforts, and support curriculum delivery while coordinating with Shannon Medical Center and the School of Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of residency program or medical education program coordination experience; family medicine program experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree with more than 4 years of residency program or medical education program coordination experience.
• Experience with learning management systems including New Innovations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the Family Medicine Residency.
• Oversee scheduling of faculty and residents to meet educational objectives.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard residents and faculty; liaise with program admins.
