Job summary

Texas A&M University is seeking a Program Coordinator I to support the Rural Medicine track of the VCOM undergraduate medical education program in College Station. You will coordinate clerkships, manage LMS-based curricula, and collaborate with faculty, residents, and staff to ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and proactive engagement with program leadership to plan and implement educational activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in higher education/administration or related field.
• Two (2) years of related experience in medical education and/or higher education administration.
• Master's degree preferred; three or more years of related experience.
• Experience with learning management systems (i.e. Canvas, Elentra, eCampus).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Canva, Advanced Excel, Teams, and Zoom noted.

Responsibilities

• Clerkship coordination for undergraduate medical education across Clerkship tracks.
• Coordinate LMS-based curriculum development and longitudinal integration in a clinical setting.
• Assist in program development, syllabi creation, and training materials.
