Job summary

IEM is seeking a full-time Project Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for Vermont's Rural Health Transformation Program. The role involves governance, budgeting, and cross-agency collaboration to promote operational change and sustainment of new processes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive health program experience, strong leadership, and data literacy to inform evidence-based decisions for state leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, etc.
• Ten+ years in health project/program administration and grant management.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal grant regulations for Rural Health Transformation Program.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with data interpretation and dashboards for program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of RHTP projects/program per state direction.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and metrics for grant compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align activities with objectives and funding.
• Lead project staff to execute program activities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present program updates, reports, and budget analyses.
• Evaluate outcomes and impact on rural health systems and infrastructure.
• Adapt to evolving multi-year project needs and scope.
