IEM is seeking a Full Time Project Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for the Rural Health Transformation Program in Mississippi. The position requires ten years in health project administration, strong leadership, and experience with federal grant regulations.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years in health project / program administration and grant management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required with substitution allowed for experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to drive program goals.
• Experience with federal grant regulations and Rural Health Transformation Program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of RHTP projects and grant governance.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align activities with program objectives.
• Lead project staff to support activities and deliverables.
• Prepare program updates, reports, and budget analyses for leadership.
• Evaluate program outcomes and impact on rural health systems.
