Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public health, public administration, etc.).
• 10+ years in health project/program administration and grant management, preferably at local/state government levels.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of RHTP projects/programs as determined by the state, including governance and grant oversight.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics; ensure compliance with federal/state funding and grant management guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align activities with program objectives and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with state leadership and community partners to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.
• Lead a team of project staff to support execution of program activities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present program updates, budgets, and impact assessments to stakeholders.
• Evaluate program outcomes and impact on rural health systems and infrastructure.
• Remain flexible to evolving multi-year project needs.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
