Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full Time Project Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for the Rural Health Transformation Program in Mississippi. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure audit readiness with data‑driven insights.

The role requires extensive health program experience, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across field, office, or remote locations depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ten (10) or more years in health project / program administration and grant management.
• Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of federal grant regulations and compliance requirements, especially related to Rural Health Transformation Program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of RHTP projects/program as determined by the state.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics; ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align activities with objectives and funding.
• Lead a team of project staff to support program activities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present program updates, budgets, and impact assessments.
