Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Experience with budgets, contracting, and financial stewardship of public funds.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operational functions, ensuring resources align with priorities and federal requirements.
• Lead grants and contract administration, with monitoring of deliverables and compliance.
• Develop work plans, allocate staffing and financial resources, monitor performance.
