Job summary

Purchase District Health Department seeks a knowledgeable Operations Lead for the Rural Community Hub (RCH) to manage daily operations, coordinate partners, and ensure grant compliance. You will drive budgeting and procurement processes, reporting, and performance tracking to advance rural health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public health, social work, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of program coordination, operations management, community engagement, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple organizations or sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Rural Community Hub, driving alignment with program goals, grant requirements, and local community needs.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, procurements, and financial reporting processes to drive accountability and transparency.
• Guide Hub partner organizations on federal grant compliance considerations (e.g., cost allowability, payment processes).
• Oversee vendor and contractor management for the Hub, including procurement, contracting, monitoring, and performance oversight.
• Develop and maintain systems for data collection, performance tracking, and timely reporting of Hub activities and outcomes.
