Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience in research, education, and/or community outreach and development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based document sharing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of health education programs and community outreach activities by recruiting participants, coordinating sessions, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
• Assist with report preparation and attend required project trainings and meetings.
• Resolve routine conflicts and implement administrative guidelines; provide oversight and facilitation.
• Support development and coordination of Faith in Prevention Networks and School Wellness Networks; schedule meetings, prepare materials, and document activities.
• Provide routine information to clients and lead community education sessions.
• Create informational materials; support research, analysis, and procurement of educational supplies; manage project logistics and inventories.
