SciTech Scity in Jersey City is seeking a Rural Health Assistant Director to lead the Rural Health Transformation initiative, partnering with the Senior Director to advance strategy, priorities, and execution across New Jersey. You will guide day-to-day operations and ensure coordinated delivery with health systems, community groups, and vendors.

This grant-funded role requires travel throughout New Jersey, reports to the Senior Director, and will supervise a small team while translating

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years in healthcare, program management, consulting, or government.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage performance.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare landscape and policy.
• Grant management and budgeting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Rural Health Transformation portfolio.
• Oversee execution from discovery through deployment and scale.
• Supervise two Rural Health Program Managers and one Senior Coordinator.
• Drive objectives across multiple workstreams and resolve issues.
• Maintain portfolio view and optimize resources for impact.
• Ensure project plans, budgets, risks, and dashboards are aligned.
• Support Senior Director with planning, resource allocation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate NJ DHS communications and executive updates as needed.
