Job summary

SciTech Scity Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Senior Coordinator to drive Rural Health Transformation initiatives. You will coordinate projects, engage diverse stakeholders, and ensure timely execution across planning, deployment, evaluation, and replication.

The role requires travel across New Jersey and offers a hybrid schedule with on-site work in Jersey City. This grant-funded position spans a four-year term with potential for continuation based on funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in healthcare, project coordination, nonprofit management, or related fields.
• Experience with grant-funded programs or multi-organizational collaborations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Rural Health Transformation initiatives to stay on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, meeting agendas and trackers.
• Coordinate meetings and communication among health systems, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports; identify risks.
• Support vendor onboarding and procurement logistics with internal teams.
• Prepare presentations and executive briefings; track milestones and budgets.
