Responsibilities

• Field installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for residential and business broadband accounts.
• Set up and optimize managed routers, cameras, and outdoor Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and assist with device connections.
• Collaborate with technical teams and help desks to resolve network issues.
• Complete daily field documentation, work orders, and inventory tracking.
