Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager III to lead expansion strategy for the Rural Super Rural Plus (RSR+) program within R2L in Nashville.

You will own end-to-end expansion planning, build roadmaps, manage intake-to-launch lifecycle, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth. You will partner with Design, Selection, Supply Chain, Capacity, and Operations to align expansion priorities with network realities and communicate strategy to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic expansion planning for the RSR+ program, including evaluation, prioritization, and development of expansion roadmaps.
• Run the program's intake-to-launch lifecycle from scoping to tollgate reviews to launch.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders—design, selection, supply chain, capacity, operations, optimization, and quality—within a shared RACI.
• Synthesize data-driven insights into executive-ready narratives and recommendations for VP-level leadership.
